Flexostore Apps Privacy Policy

Effective date: June 24, 2026

This Privacy Policy applies to Flexostore mobile applications listed in this document. It is designed to cover apps that use Auth0 for account login while keeping operational app data local on the user's device unless the user chooses to export or share it.

Apps covered by this policy

•    Anilox LVM.

Legacy Flexostore apps that use Auth0 may be added to this policy as each app is updated to the current privacy and security standard. If an app is not listed above, its privacy disclosures should be reviewed separately before publication in additional regions.

1. Who we are

Flexostore apps are provided by Iflexo Comercio de Software Ltda.

Privacy and data protection contact: iflexobrasil@gmail.com

2. Plain-language summary

Covered apps may use Auth0 for account creation, login, and access control. Auth0 may process account and authentication data such as name, email address, user identifier, access level, IP address, and technical security logs.

Operational data created in a covered app remains local on the device unless the user chooses to export, share, send, or store those files in another service. For Anilox LVM, this local data includes photos, reports, measurements, calibrations, the operational database, technical metadata, and backups.

The developer does not automatically receive images, reports, measurements, or operational records created in Anilox LVM.

3. Account and authentication data

Covered apps may use Auth0 for access control. During this flow, the following data may be processed:

•    name and email address;

•    account verification status;

•    user identifier;

•    access level and license data;

•    session tokens;

•    IP address and technical authentication logs;

•    minimal device data used for security, licensing, and fraud prevention.

This data is linked to the user account and may be processed by Auth0 and operational services associated with login and account deletion.

4. Local operational data

Anilox LVM may create and store the following data locally on the device:

•    photos captured by the Wi-Fi microscope or the iPhone camera;

•    SQLite database for inventory and measurements;

•    technical reports;

•    calibrations, objective lens, unit, zoom, and microns per pixel;

•    measurements, dimensions, results, and notes;

•    technical metadata embedded in photos or stored in companion files;

•    backups and export packages created by the user.

This data remains on the device until the user deletes it, exports it, shares it, deletes the account, or uninstalls the app.

5. Purposes

Data is used to authenticate the user, control access and license status, capture and reopen technical images, reconstruct analyses from metadata, calculate measurements and volumes, maintain local inventory, generate reports, allow user-controlled backup/export, and maintain operational continuity between sessions.

6. Legal basis

Depending on the context, processing may rely on performance of a contract or provision of a requested service, legitimate interest in security and licensing, consent or affirmative user action for permissions such as camera/photos/microphone/backup/export, or compliance with legal obligations where applicable.

7. Local storage and security

Covered apps are designed to keep operational data on the device where stated. Anilox LVM uses iOS file protection for local files where applicable and recommends that users protect their device with a passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID.

Session tokens may be stored in the local iOS Keychain when the secure option is enabled. The local Keychain does not require an iCloud account.

In Anilox LVM, backups and exports are created as password-encrypted files before sharing. If the user forgets the password and has not stored it in the local Keychain, the backup may not be recoverable.

8. Auth0 and external services

Login is handled by Auth0, which acts as an identity provider/processor. Account deletion may use an operational endpoint hosted on Cloudflare Workers to forward the request to the authentication provider.

These services may process data required for authentication, security, token issuance, email verification, access logs, and account deletion.

9. Photos and technical metadata

Photos saved by Anilox LVM may contain technical metadata, including measurement, calibration, unit, objective lens, capture, and analysis context information. This metadata makes it possible to reconstruct the analysis, but it may remain attached to the image if the image is shared or sent to third parties.

For public disclosure, users should use a version without technical metadata when that option is available. Otherwise, images generated by the app should be treated as confidential technical files.

10. Backup and export

Backups and exports are optional actions initiated by the user. Covered apps do not silently send backups to the developer's servers.

When the user shares a backup through iCloud, email, messaging apps, corporate drives, or another service, the ongoing protection of those files depends on the selected service and the permissions set by the user.

11. Retention and deletion

Account data can be removed through the account deletion function inside the app where available. Local data remains on the device until the user chooses to delete it or removes the app.

In Anilox LVM, deleting the login account does not automatically delete local technical files when the user chooses to keep them for reports, internal audit, or future use without login.

12. User rights

Under the GDPR, LGPD, and other applicable laws, users may request information about account data, correction, deletion, portability where applicable, objection to processing, or restriction of processing.

For local data, the primary control remains on the user's device and in the app's delete, export, and sharing options.

13. App Store privacy labels

App Store privacy labels should reflect each app's actual architecture. Because Auth0 processes account data, identifiers and contact information may be declared as data linked to the user for app functionality.

Photos, reports, measurements, and the operational database are not collected by the developer when they remain exclusively on the device and are not automatically sent to the developer's servers.

14. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated to reflect changes in apps, vendors, legal requirements, or privacy features. The website version should remain consistent with the information provided in each app and in App Store Connect.
