Flexostore Apps Privacy Choices
Effective date: June 24, 2026
This page explains how users can control account data, local data, backups, photos, and reports in Flexostore apps covered by the Flexostore Apps Privacy Policy.
Apps currently covered
• Anilox LVM.
Legacy Flexostore apps may be added as each one is updated to the current privacy and security standard.
1. Login and account
Covered apps may use Auth0 for login and access control.
In Anilox LVM, the user can initiate account deletion inside the app at: Help or main menu > Login > Delete Account.
Account deletion removes the authentication account handled through the Auth0 flow. Local technical data may remain on the device if the user wants to preserve reports, images, the database, and operational history.
2. Local data
In Anilox LVM, photos, measurements, inventory, database records, reports, technical metadata, and backups remain local on the device unless the user chooses to share or export them.
To remove local data, the user may:
• delete records and images inside the app where available;
• delete photos saved in the Anilox LVM album;
• delete backups or exports created by the app;
• uninstall the app to remove local data from the app container.
3. Backups and exports
Backups and exports are optional. Covered apps do not automatically send backups to the developer's servers.
In Anilox LVM, before sharing, the app creates a password-encrypted backup file. The user chooses the password and may choose to store it in the local iOS Keychain.
After a backup is shared through iCloud, email, messaging apps, corporate drives, or another service, protection and retention depend on the selected service.
4. Photos and metadata
Technical photos may contain measurement and calibration metadata. This metadata helps reconstruct analyses, but it may reveal technical information if the image is shared.
For public disclosure, use an image without technical metadata when that option is available. Otherwise, treat images generated by the app as confidential technical files.
5. Local Keychain
Covered apps may use the local iOS Keychain to store session tokens. Anilox LVM may also store the backup password in the local Keychain if the user chooses this option. The local Keychain protects data on the device and does not require an iCloud account.
The user may disable secure session storage before login, but the recommended option is to keep Keychain enabled.
6. Privacy requests
For requests about account data, access, correction, deletion, portability, or privacy questions, contact:
Iflexo Comercio de Software Ltda.
Include the email address used to log in to the app. Do not send confidential technical images, backups, or reports by email unless necessary.
